Interviewing Process

If you get a call from our Director of Talent, you'll be invited to your first interview which is a get-to-know-you, tell-us-about-yourself chat with a couple of us. It's your chance to ask us questions about imason because we know that we're selling ourselves to you just as much as you are to us.

If there's mutual agreement for a potential match you'll be invited back for a technical interview - so make sure you're ready to demonstrate your problem-solving skills and technical prowess to us. If that goes well too, then we'll start working with you on an agreement.

If you get hired, be ready to get thrown into the fire right away. You won't be spending the first month "ramping up" around here.
